2021 Aston Martin DB11 Owners Manual – The main real news is the addition of a special edition known as the Shadow Edition for the 2021 Aston Martin DB11 V8 roadster and Volante convertible. Having quite recently added the DBX and Vantage Roadster to its arrangement, Aston Martin’s updates to the DB11 for the 2021 model year are understandably on the mellow side.
The cars are identified by inconspicuous styling enhancements, for example, shine black accents around the body, 20-inch wheels also finished in sparkle black, custom treadplates with the “Shadow Edition” inscription, and a blend of black Alcantara and leather trim in the cabin.

2021 Aston Martin DB11 Edition
Meet the 2021 Aston Martin DB11 Shadow Edition, a black-trim variant of Aston’s two-entryway grand visiting roadster and convertible that, sadly, is not a tribute to our neighbor’s generally excellent pooch named Shadow. Like our K9 pal of the same name, the DB11 Shadow Edition is a mean-looking bastard that’s also a total sweetheart.

With its black-painted grille, 20-inch wheels, and badging, the Shadow Edition bits add an extra trace of aggression to the 2021 Aston Martin DB11‘s smooth bodywork. The dark theme continues past the Aston’s outside, as well, and the model invites special black ledge plates and a steering wheel shrouded in black faux-calfskin and leather.
2021 Aston Martin DB11 Standard
Dissimilar to the standard 2021 Aston Martin DB11, which is available with either a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V-8 motor or a twin-turbo 5.2-liter V-12, the Shadow Edition is offered uniquely with the eight-cylinder option under its hood. Despite the fact that the twelve is, clearly, increasingly powerful, the V-8 still makes a forceful 503 horsepower, which it channels to the rear wheels by way of an eight-speed automatic transmission. So, the Shadow Edition is bounty snappy. It’s also rare, with Aston building a simple 300 units for overall consumption.
Want one of those? The 2021 Aston Martin DB11 Shadow Edition is available to arrange now and wears a base cost of $222,600 (excluding destination charges). While it is not the British grand visiting car-based gesture to our local mutt that we wanted, the 2021 Aston Martin DB11 Shadow Edition is certainly a fine-looking bit of machinery that just so happens to by implication channel the soul of our kid Shadow. Great Aston! Generally excellent Aston!
